Share your ride with The Trail Rider magazine and other trail riding fans! When you join The Trail Rider community, you can share your insider tips on your favorite trail rides and horse-camping destinations.

Submit Your Trail Story!

Submit your trail story to The Trail Rider! Report on your latest trail ride or other horse adventure for our "Your Trail Story" section. Tell us who you are, the name/breed/age/gender of the horse you rode, and who you rode with.

Include specific location/s, trail/s ridden, elevation, difficulty rating (easy, moderate, difficult), best time of year for that location, and contact information for places mentioned.

We require high-resolution digital photography. Each photo must be 300dpi when sized at least 5-by-7 inches (at least 2,100 by 1,500 pixels). Submit photography on a CD or DVD, and include caption information.

We reserve the right to edit for length, style, clarity, and accuracy. No payment will be made for these reports. For your submission to be considered, send in the release form below.
